QuantHouse is looking for a system administrator executive, with a two or five years degree in computer science.
LINUX, Cisco (good level), system administrator UNIX are technical skills required. A financial background would be appreciated. The job is located in Paris but the working language is English. We need someone independent, ready to invest himself, passionate by evolution of Information Technology and with a good adaptability skill.

C++ DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - Paris, FRANCE - Permanent

QuantHouse is looking for development engineers in C++, C#, and UML technologies to manage banking and finance enterprise customer’s project.
Within a team of 35 people, you will participate in the development of new projects, managing the technical specification of those projects and be responsible of their implementation. You will assure the applications maintenance evolution. C++, C#, LINUX and Windows technical skills required. A financial background (Algorithmic trading, order Routing, financial data) would be appreciated. You working environment will be English. We are looking for someone independent, passionate by software development, with team working spirit and good adaptability skills. Role Responsibilities Objectives:

The key responsibility of this role is to prospect, manage and close solution sales opportunities with Hedge Funds, prop desks and prime brokers.

Experience and Competencies:

A proven track record dealing with advanced trading technologies, buy side firms using automated trading technologies and prime brokers are required.
Proven and successful experience of selling technology/transactional products in to the financial community
Good understanding of the low latency market data and Algo trading environments

This position will have a direct report into the global Head of Sales and Marketing.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST - Paris, FRANCE - Permanent

QuantHouse is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our young and dynamic team in Paris.

Role objectives:

You will join the team in charge of the front support services towards QuantHouse’s customers (banks, hedge funds, MTFs)

Role description:

manage support investigations and interact with customer by emails or when necessary, by phone for urgent matters.
analyze a problem and dispatch the customer query to the appropriate teams/departments.
follow up with electronic exchanges and financial market places when necessary.
be in charge of the communication with customers (through an internal ticketing system, alerts and official notices)
interact with the production and development teams to solve customer issues.
contribute actively to FAQs and technical documentations.

Skills required:

Excellent analytical capabilities
Good knowledge of Linux/Unix (end user), Windows and networks (LAN, Internet, VPN)
Good organisational skills and customer focus
Ability to follow procedures and be attentive to details
Good oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
A good knowledge of an UNIX scripting language is desirable
Previous experience in the financial industry is also advantageous
